*Tamara Lelie is a multi-faceted renaissance women who refuses to be pigeonholed into just one career. A certified yoga instructor (specializing in teaching Hatha and Kundalini yoga), she currently creates and implements programs for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Marin and Southern Sonoma Counties as a Director. Previously, she was the National Marketing Director for a Global French Television network for 6 years and augmented subscriptions to the pay channel by 60 % during her tenure.  She has sat on the board of directors for the Utah Cable Telecommunications Association as well as produced theater in Los Angeles, including "Almost Infamous" which boasted a full house every night for its 6 week run at the Lexington Theater. Tamara is also a songwriter who's song Fountain World was slated to be the songwriter showcase on PBS' country music variety show, Branson's Jubilee.

Want to host a TIME OUT Yoga Retreat at your home? Invite your friends over and have your very own yoga get away WITHOUT HAVING TO GO AWAY!

The entire retreat is facilitated by Tamara.  Schedule is as follows:

10:30am-10:45pm: Introductions & group Guided Imagery exercise

10:45am-12pm: Hatha Yoga (for beginners) & Meditation (with aromatherapy)

12pm-12:20pm: lunch (provided by host)

12:20pm-2pm: Guests alternate getting private intuitive readings while everybody else socializes or participates in silent meditation.

2pm-5pm: Workshop                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              In this portion, guests are taught tips to release fear/stress on the spot and receive tools ( in categories of feng shui, breathing, tantric healing,mantras, meditation, yoga postures & more) to balance their energy centers (chakras) and hence their lives forever!

5pm-6pm: Light Restorative Yoga  (for beginners) & Manifesting Visualization meditation

Note: By the end of the retreat, you will have a detailed description on where you are out of balance and the tools to get back in balance. You will also acquire  the skills to have immediate access to your intuition!
